I am 5’6.5” and started the Snake Diet on Mar 25’18 at 133.5 lbs. On Jun 15’18, I am a lean and strong 118 lbs and have officially lost 15.5 lbs, forever! So, 67 days of doing the snake diet.
At 102 kg (225 lb), I started doing a mainstream diet called the Every Other Day Diet after my older brother lost a considerable amount of weight over about an 18 month period.
However, after 7 weeks and 15 kg (33 lb) of weight loss, my progress had became quite slow. Frustrated, I began seeking other more aggressive methods.
I discovered the Snake Diet from a friend who casually mentioned drinking "snake juice" on FB. Did a search on YouTube and FB and saw other people's results.
Since we had a trip to Fiji coming up, at 87 kg (192 lb) I decided to switch to the Snake Diet to speed things up.
And I haven't looked back.

So has my sleep apnea.
I used to suffer from chronic acid reflux and was on a permanent prescription of omeprazole. But not any more. I don't need it.

Before I was introduced to the Sake Diet by Robinson Cole, I was fasting on a regular basis from 8pm to 12pm the next day but still trying to get my my breakfast lunch and dinner in between those 8 hours. And even a shake most days. I had originally started at 205 and was slowly trickling down weight but not as fast as I wanted as I was still starving all day and craving sweets after every meal! I was frustrated. So I gave it a try. Didn’t log everything but I followed his snake diet to the tee. Fasting from Sunday night to Tuesday night and then a 24 hour every other day except Sunday. Sunday’s I ate whatever I wanted. But started all over again Sunday night. Did this for 3 weeks and went from 200lbs and at 16% (probably more) to 175lbs To 9% and THIS DEFINITELY SOMETHING I CAN SUSTAIN! I mean trust me, when you truly hit anabolic mode and are cranking your own GH and Test and feel like Superman in the gym. You’ll love it.
TIMMY’S 9 KG SNAKE DIET TRANSFORMATION!
Took me 10 years to get it right. In between those 10 years, been through many cycles of ups and downs. I once took a diet pill and lose 13kg in just 3 months only to gain back the weight with a vengeance less than a year later.
This led me to various styles of eating from Paleo to Carb cycling and later to Intermittent Fasting. Started Intermittent Fasting with calories restricted to 1,500 cal a day in July 2017 with the following stats:
Starting Weight in July 2017: 69-70kg
End Weight in Dec 2017: 64-65kg
I discovered Snake Diet through Ronald Rico (my fellow admin in our Intermittent Fasting Malaysia Group) who has been practicing Snake Diet with great results. I have heard of Snake Diet before but Cole’s style of motivation actually intimidates me in the beginning. But Ronald’s result speaks for themselves. Tired of plateauing at 64-65kg with the seemingly stubborn lower tummy and love handles, I took the plunge into my first crucial 48 hours on 10.3.2018. My longest fast before this was 22 hours. So, I must admit that I expected hell after the first 24 hours. Surprisingly, the first 48 hours was a breeze in the park. So, after a decent re-feed, I went into the second 48 hours with the same enthusiasm. It was hell that second one but I managed to complete it anyway and the result was immediate. Here’s the stat:
Starting Weight on 10.3.2018: 63.4kg
End Weight on 12.3.2018: 62.1kg
Well, the rest is history. Since then I have done 48 hours of SJ fast on weekly basis and 3 rounds of 70-72 hours of SJ fast. Here’s the final stat:

Current weekly average weight: 58-60kg
Time since SD: 2 months
In terms of weight loss, not that much but the pictures speak for themselves. Most importantly for me, I lose that stubborn lower tummy and maintain my lean mass. I feel stronger, lively and more focus and this translates not only in my daily calisthenics training but also in my daily lives as a banker.
Snake Diet is the piece of the puzzle that I have been looking for over the last 10 years in this journey to a stronger and better version of myself. My name is Nathanael. I am 6'3" lost over 40 pounds in 3 months fasting. I started at 217 At my lowest weight I was 174. After I got down to a very low bodyfat percentage I continued to fast while focusing on building muscle. I do eat most days just once, and I fit all my caloric needs in one meal. I started in November 2017 by dieting the traditional way. I was consuming 1500 calories a day monitored and I was sitting at 6ft 226lbs and hating myself. I couldn't even look into the mirror. I ended up losing within the first 2 months of doing that about 30 pounds of pure diet and working out. January came and I began to go out with my new found confidence and started drinking and partying a lot while still trying to watch what I eat. I ended up falling off and went from 190lbs to 201lbs by March of 2018. I began the snake diet in April of 2018 at 201lbs. Within the first week of fasting and drinking snake juice I lost a total of 5lbs on the first day of what I am assuming was water followed by 1-2lbs of body fat per day. I refed with a ketogenic meal on sunday evening every week for 4 weeks. I went from 201lbs to 176lbs in 4 weeks with weekly refeeds at dinner time on sundays. I tested eating carby refeeds and trying keto refeeds and noticed that the week i literally ate an entire plate of pasta it took me almost 5 days of fasting to get back the 4lbs I gained that Sunday. If I kept to a keto based meal like eating pork belly wrapped with lettuce and garlic I would lose the refeed weight within 1 to 2 days and average another 1 to 2 lbs per day of fasting after that. Snake diet works, scientifically its impossible not to work. Your friends will tell you that its unhealthy and all that bullshit but I went and saw my doctor got blood tests and they couldn't tell me at all that I was unhealthy. Matter of fact they told me im in the best shape of my life. My bmi went from obese at 30.7 to a bmi of 23.6 in one month
110lbs LOST IN 5 MONTHS!
I started the Snake Diet 5 months ago and I’ve lost 110lbs. I owe Cole Robinson my life. I’ve been overweight since age 10. I’ve tried everything. I’ve never stuck with a diet for more than three months, either because I was getting sick or it was too expensive. I fast really hard. 2. It might not be a big deal for many but sitting and crossing your legs is so empowering.
3. I can sit on the floor and play with my kids and get up without having to hold on to anything.
4. I climb stairs without getting winded and feeling like I’m having a heart attack.
5. I save money since I don’t drink coffee. Never realized my coffee habit was so expensive.
6. I won $1500 in a weight loss challenge at work. I’ve just entered another one. Guess who’s going to win that one?
EDDIE LOST 29 POUNDS IN 9 DAYS!
Well damn my goal when I started this was to be at 155 on July 21 which will be my 40th birthday well here we are 10 days in and I lost 29 pounds in 10 days on Snake Juice and feel amazing. I hit the gym 9 out of the 10 days and did high reps 25 to 30. Day 1,4 did Snake Juice, day 5 dry fast, day 6,7 Snake Juice day 8 dry fast and 9,10 Snake Juice. My husband started this diet. I was very skeptical because as you can see I am a figure competitor. This past May I did a show and placed 2nd in the over 50 masters category. Sooooo.....I am THAT girl who eats 6 times a day. Carbs with every meal....lol....and lots.
Although I was very supportive of him....this was just not something I was going to try. 1 week into the diet he lost about 12 lbs. Eyebrows raised.....what...12 pounds. Hmmmm. He asked what I was waiting for and when did I think I would start this plan. Me: "I don't need this plan, I don't have that much to lose." FYI...after a show your trainer usually tries to beef you up a bit with carbs so you gain strength and in return muscle mass. So although 16 pounds didn't put me on the FATTY category I wasn't happy not being "lean".
Anyway....since my hubby was doing this, I watched ALL of Cole's videos....more than once. Eyebrows raised for sure. Me: "WTF....how can you fast and still work out and get lean and feel GOOD?" 6 meals a day girl... remember. It wasn't until I watched Kimmys workout video, sent to me by my husband that I came home and told him...."I think I'm starting this diet tonight".
So I started. Weight 129. Did a 72 hour fast, refeed and another 72 hour fast. By day 5 I had lost 9 pounds. Holy shit. It took me 5 days to do what it took me 10 months to do eating 6x a day and doing cardio 5 days a week.
So yeah... I'm on board and addicted.
I will tell you....the first 48 hours sucked. Day 1...ok, day 2 sucked. You know what bodybuilders can do for fun and use for a vice.....COFFEE.....BLACK. The withdraw headaches were horrible. My husband said stick it out til 72 hours and you will feel so much better. And I did....and I did. I felt great. Even considered fasting an extra day. Now I am on my 3rd 72 hour fast and I'm hitting the gym and actually feel great and strong. Did leg press with 4 45s on each side, a new record for me.
I'm so excited about this program because although I am super proud of my accomplishments I still didn't like that my abs never came out before the show....they were there but the problem was my dry out plan 1 week out didn't bring them out. I reached out to Cole today and we talked a lot about training and how on this you can stay lean all the time and build and make small tweaks close to a show. My plan is to do another show next May and I'm looking forward to using Cole's plan to get me there.
So let's talk about the money I'm saving. No more food prep, no more supplements, no more food containers, no more protein shakes. The list goes on and on. And....so much room in my fridge I can actually put my kids lunch boxes in now.
Oh and one other thing. Cole genuinely cares about each and every one of us no matter where we start from, where we want to go or what our goals are. Couldn't believe he took the time to talk to me and give me more insight. I just love reading everyone's posts and seeing the progress people are making. I'm a believer for sure. Im down 11 pounds now. Looking forward to playing around with days on and off fasting and to see where i go. I'm thankful my husband found this group and turned me on to it.
